LEGAL NOTICE AND TERMS OF USE AND SALE

This document regulates access to, navigation and use of the website www.restilhe.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), as well as the purchase of products through it.

Use of the Website grants the status of User and implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. TERMS OF USE

Access to the Website is free of charge. The User undertakes to use it in accordance with applicable law, good faith, public order and these terms.

Use of the Website for unlawful, fraudulent purposes or in a way that may harm third parties or the Website itself is prohibited.


3. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data provided will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018.

- Sending commercial communications, where consent has been given

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All contents of the Website (texts, images, design, etc.) are the intellectual property of GOURMET D’OCCITÀNIA or authorised third parties. Reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior authorisation is prohibited.


5. PURCHASE PROCEDURE

The purchase process is carried out by selecting products, entering personal data and confirming the order.

Once completed, the User will receive a confirmation email with the details of the purchase.

Due to the made-to-order production system, once the order has been confirmed, no modifications or cancellations are accepted.


6. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

Products are made to order, with production adjusted to the volume of orders.

No stock is held: production is carried out based on each order.

Orders are prepared in batches and shipped using refrigerated transport, maintaining the cold chain.

Delivery times are indicative and depend on order volume and the type of product purchased.


7. PRICES AND SHIPPING

Prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

Shipping costs are clearly indicated before order confirmation.


8. RETURNS

In accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.

In the event of a product defect, the User may notify this within 5 days of delivery via gourmet@restilhe.com

If the issue is validated, the product will be replaced.


9. LIABILITY

GOURMET D’OCCITÀNIA shall not be liable for damages arising from service interruptions, technical failures or causes beyond its control.


10. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

The parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the owner’s place of business.
