For more than 35 years, the Sanllehy-Caubet family has run this cozy restaurant built on what had been an old stable.

Located in Garós, in Naut Aran and now run by the eldest son of the family, Eth Restilhè restaurant combines the best of the Aranese culinary tradition with the highest quality raw materials, almost entirely self-produced and the highest quality products from the area, made or transformed according to the precepts of proximity, tradition, quality and modernity.

With a warm and familiar atmosphere, the restaurant offers its clients an extensive menu where tradition is the protagonist, salads from the garden, Aranese pot, homemade patés and sausages, grilled meats, house desserts and a careful selection of wines reviewed annually, everything prepared, cooked and served with respect, affection and generosity.
