Located in Vielha, the venue does not fit a single definition: it can be a shop, a bar, a restaurant, or simply a place to be.
An open space, without a fixed format. It works depending on the moment and who walks in.
The foundation is clear: quality raw materials, largely produced in-house, complemented by carefully selected products from the surrounding area.
It is not about having everything, but about working with what makes sense at any given time.
A space designed both for those who produce and for those who consume.
Straightforward cooking, centred on the product. No artifices.
You can come for a quick bite, to share, or to sit down and eat at your own pace, without changing the logic of the place.
The kitchen is open and visible.
According to a house principle:
what cannot be shown cannot be done.

The menu is built on a simple foundation, but with clear criteria:

Boards of cured meats, cheeses and pâtés, either in-house or carefully selected.

Eggs in different forms and with different accompaniments, depending on availability.

Crafted sandwiches, with unusual but coherent combinations. No modifications allowed.

Homemade desserts, depending on the season and the rhythm of the kitchen
Portions are generous and designed for sharing.
A wine selection reviewed regularly, craft beers and a short list of drinks. No excess.
