Gastro Tasca

Located in Vielha, the venue does not fit a single definition: it can be a shop, a bar, a restaurant, or simply a place to be.

An open space, without a fixed format. It works depending on the moment and who walks in.

The foundation is clear: quality raw materials, largely produced in-house, complemented by carefully selected products from the surrounding area.

It is not about having everything, but about working with what makes sense at any given time.

A space designed both for those who produce and for those who consume.

Straightforward cooking, centred on the product. No artifices.

You can come for a quick bite, to share, or to sit down and eat at your own pace, without changing the logic of the place.

The kitchen is open and visible.

According to a house principle:
what cannot be shown cannot be done.

The menu is built on a simple foundation, but with clear criteria:
 

  • Salads with fresh produce and clean combinations.

  • Traditional soups, adapted to the environment and the climate.

  • Boards of cured meats, cheeses and pâtés, either in-house or carefully selected.

  • Eggs in different forms and with different accompaniments, depending on availability.

  • Crafted sandwiches, with unusual but coherent combinations. No modifications allowed.

  • Meat dishes, direct and well executed.

  • Homemade desserts, depending on the season and the rhythm of the kitchen


Portions are generous and designed for sharing.

A wine selection reviewed regularly, craft beers and a short list of drinks. No excess.

  • Monday–Thursday: 17:00–00:00, kitchen open from 19:00 to 23:00.

  • Friday and Saturday: 12:00–00:00, kitchen open from 13:00 to 15:00 and from 19:00 to 23:00.

  • Sunday: 12:00–16:30, kitchen open until 15:15


Low season (spring and autumn)
 

  • Monday: closed.

  • Tuesday–Thursday: 17:00–00:00, kitchen open from 19:30 to 22:30.

  • Friday and Saturday: 12:00–00:00, kitchen open from 13:30 to 15:00 and from 19:30 to 22:30.

  • Sunday: 12:00–16:30, kitchen open from 13:30 to 15:00

Considerations

 

No reservations are taken.

You arrive, ask, and take a table if there is space. If not, you wait.

The availability of some products varies depending on the season and raw material.

Most products are made in-house in an artisanal way or sourced from local or nearby producers; their availability depends on several factors, such as season and raw material supply.

Portions are generous and intended for sharing. If in doubt, ask — we will try to assist and clarify any questions.
