Cider vinegar from traditional apple varieties from the Arán Valley and other neighboring Pyrenean areas. Macerated for 6 months in chestnut barrels. Don't buy with your eyes, but with your head. A good Cider Vinegar has to have all the good properties that we expect from it. The mother of floating vinegar is in principle a sign of confidence. Apart from dressing salads, it has many recognized properties such as: it is a great intestinal cleanser, it has a good diuretic effect since it is rich in potassium and helps to stabilize blood pH.
