Dull in 185 g jars and cooked at 80 ºC for 40 minutes, it is presented in glass jars. Made from fat and bread, it is a very energetic food, rich in fat and cholesterol. At the same time it is rich in proteins of high biological value and vitamins of group B. Due to the fact that it contains the pig's blood, it also becomes an excellent source of iron. Within a varied and balanced diet, its occasional consumption is totally advisable. Ideal to eat with fried eggs or with boiled vegetables.
