Stuffed in 42 / + caliber pork tripe and cooked at 80ºC for 40 minutes, it is presented in individual sausages of approximately 250 g, vacuum-packed and pasteurized. Made from meat from the head, fat and lean, it is a very energetic food, rich in fat, cholesterol and gelatins. At the same time, it is rich in proteins of high biological value and vitamins of group B. Within a varied and balanced diet, its occasional consumption is totally advisable. Ideal to eat as a sausage.
