Stuffed in 42 / + caliber pork tripe and cooked at 80ºC for 40 minutes, it is presented in individual sausages of approximately 250 g, vacuum-packed and pasteurized. Made from fat and bread, it is a very energetic food, rich in fat and cholesterol. At the same time, it is rich in proteins of high biological value and vitamins of group B. Due to the fact that it contains pig blood, it also becomes an excellent source of iron. Within a varied and balanced diet, its occasional consumption is totally advisable. Ideal to eat grilled.
